Family with Young Children
This hotel is as nice as any other hotel in it's class. The thing that sets this hotel apart, in my opinion, is that it uses the sleep number bed and it offers several interventions to help you get the best rest possible. The hotel is considerably older than it appears on the website. Our room was dirty (wrappers on the floor), and the carpet was wet. The beds used sleep number mattresses, which were not comfortable. There are 2 separate chambers in the bed, and my chamber stayed inflated while the 2nd chamber deflated throughout the night. By about 3:00am, there was about a 2 inch drop from one side of the bed to the other sides. I also had a two night stay, which I verified in detail with the front desk during check-in; however, when we came back to our room after the first night we found that our room key-cards had stopped working.
